Why Should You Clean Your Carpet?

  • Your babies crawl on it, your pets lay on it, and you walk barefoot on it, and it should be a healthy surface to do those things on.
  • Dirt and contaminants from outdoors are regularly tracked in on your shoes and transferred to the fibers.
  • Carpet acts as a filter, trapping contaminants and allergens that circulate in the air of your home.

You change your furnace filters to promote a healthier environment, and many people get their ductwork cleaned.  However, people often neglect to have their carpet cleaned unless it “looks” dirty, and looks can be misleading on the surface.

How Can We Help?

Our multi-step process gets your carpets clean while promoting fast drying.  No situation is exactly the same, but our process includes up to the following:

  • Pre-vac – Depending on the needs of the particular type of carpet and home situation, it may need to be vacuumed prior to cleaning.
  • Pre-spray – We use an environmentally friendly base encapsulant cleaner to help break down and encapsulate contaminants, boosted with a citrus booster that helps break down stubborn grease.
  • Spot –  Using one of many products in our spotting kit, we check the carpet over and look to see if any particular spots need to be pre-treated to aid in cleaning.
  • Clean – Our machines use rotating brushes to help scrub deep down and pull contaminants to the surface.
  • Post-spot – We go over the carpet once again to see if any areas need extra attention.  This is where we come in with two other methods of carpet cleaning in order to give you a quality cleaning.  We use pressurized steam, where needed, and also extract heavily soiled areas.
  • Final vac – The cleaning process can bring contaminants to the surface, and we vacuum one final time to remove those contaminants from the finished product.
